Conway had already won 13 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it 14 on Monday. They had just enough and edged out the Skyline Tigers 5-3. The Bears have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Conway's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-2. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.7 runs over those games. As for Skyline, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-12 record this season.

Conway will venture away from home to square off against Sparta at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Skyline, they will host Ash Grove at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
