Horizon Honors is 8-2 against Chandler Prep since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Horizon Honors Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Chandler Prep Titans at 5:30 p.m. Horizon Honors will be strutting in after a victory while Chandler Prep will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Horizon Honors beat Arizona Lutheran Academy 30-24. The win was all the more spectacular given the Eagles' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 105th, while the Coyotes are ranked 35th).

Meanwhile, Chandler Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were beaten by Gilbert Classical Academy 55-18.

Horizon Honors has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-11 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.5 points per game. As for Chandler Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-20.

Everything came up roses for Horizon Honors against Chandler Prep in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 49-11 victory. Does Horizon Honors have another victory up their sleeve, or will Chandler Prep turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
