Washington of Miami and Bellevue are top two teams.

The 2013 mythical national champions, the Washington Tornadoes, may not be ranked No. 1 in the Xcellent 25 national rankings this year, but they are still the No. 1 medium school in the nation.

According to the latest MaxPreps Medium Schools National Football Rankings, Washington holds a 3.2-point lead over No. 2 Bellevue (Washington) for the top spot. Washington is the defending 5A state champion in Florida while Bellevue is the defending 3A state champion in Washington.
