Volleyball Recap: Wade Hampton Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Wade Hampton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Woodmont Wildcats. While the Generals didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Wildcats 25-19 in the first set.

Wade Hampton started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 22-25, 25-11, 25-19, 20-18.

Wade Hampton's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Woodmont, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-17.

As of now, neither Wade Hampton nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
