Basketball Recap: Gresham Community Takes a Loss

After flying high against Tri-County last Saturday, Gresham Community came back down to earth. The Gresham Community Wildcats took a blow against the Wild Rose Wildcats on Tuesday, falling 59-19. The game marked Gresham Community's lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Gresham Community's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Wild Rose, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gresham Community will be home for the holidays to greet Shiocton at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Wild Rose, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Wild Rose Wildcats take on the Pacelli Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Pacelli's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups.
