Baseball Recap: Knox City Takes a Loss

Knox City lost against Northside last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Greyhounds came up short against the Indians, falling 16-7. The Greyhounds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jay Mcgaughey made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 2-for-4.

Knox City's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Northside, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-5.

Coming up, Knox City will challenge Munday at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northside, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Harrold at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
