Volleyball Game Preview: Desert Chapel Eagles vs. Noli Indian Braves

The Desert Chapel Eagles will head out to take on the Noli Indian Braves at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. Desert Chapel will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Desert Chapel will bounce into Thursday's match after beating Palm Valley, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Eagles blew past the FIREBIRDS 3-0 on Wednesday.

Desert Chapel walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18, 25-8.

Meanwhile, Noli Indian lost 3-0 to Joshua Springs Christian on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Braves in their meetings with the Lightning: they've now lost five in a row.

Noli Indian's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Desert Chapel, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.

Desert Chapel took their win against Noli Indian when the teams last played last Wednesday by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
