Volleyball Recap: Van Meter Gets the Win

After losing to Wapsie Valley the last time they met, Van Meter decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bulldogs skirted past the Warriors 2-1.

Despite the loss, Wapsie Valley still got an impressive performance from Kalle Voy, who had 14 digs and two assists. Voy has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last three times she's played.

Van Meter's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Wapsie Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-9.

Looking ahead, Van Meter will host Earlham at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wapsie Valley, they will head out to square off against Oelwein at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
