Orofino has gone a perfect 10-0 against St. Maries recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Maniacs will face off against the Lumberjacks at 2:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Orofino has 13 straight victories, St. Maries has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Saturday, Orofino got the win against Priest River by a conclusive 12-1. The Maniacs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 games by seven runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, St. Maries came up short against Grangeville on Friday and fell 5-2.

Orofino pushed their record up to 19-3 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.4 runs over those games. As for St. Maries, their loss dropped their record down to 3-16.

Orofino took their win against St. Maries when the teams last played two weeks ago by a conclusive 26-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Maniacs since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
