Football Recap: Junction City Falls to Seaside in First Game of Season

Junction City kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They took an 18-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Seaside Seagulls. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it seven in a row.

The victory got Seaside back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Junction City will take on Woodburn at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Seaside, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will face off against Banks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
