There's no place like home for Navajo Pine, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They came out on top against the Northwest Falcons by a score of 68-56 on Saturday. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Navajo Pine's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Joshua Martinez led the charge by shooting 40% from the field on his way to 15 points in addition to seven assists and six steals. Those seven assists gave Martinez a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kaidyn Nez, who went 6-for-12 en route to 15 points and six steals.

The win got Navajo Pine back to even at 3-3. As for Northwest, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Navajo Pine and Pine Hill will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northwest, they will be home for the holidays to greet Monument Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
