After flying high against Wilmington Christian Academy on Thursday, Hillsboro Christian Academy came back down to earth. The Crusaders received a blow on Saturday as they fell 42-28 to the Adams County Christian Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Crusaders of the 49-45 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February.

Despite the loss, Hillsboro Christian Academy had strong showings from Tate Woolridge, who posted ten points, and Charlie Starks, who put up four points.

Hillsboro Christian Academy's defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Adams County Christian, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.
