Softball Recap: Randolph Comes Up Short

If Randolph was feeling good fresh off their 9-0 takedown of Brocton last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cardinals lost 12-4 to the Crest Chargers on Monday.

Randolph saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aliza Hind, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Randolph now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Crest, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-2.

Coming up, Randolph will host Forestville Central at 5:00 p.m. on the 23rd. As for Crest, they will face off against Midlakes at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
