Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Kirby's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 76-75 to Ridgeway. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (68), the Cougars still had to take the loss.

Hamilton's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Kirby, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-9.
