Recap: Woodcrest Christian vs. Aquinas
Even though Woodcrest Christian has not done well against Aquinas recently (they were 0-8-1 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Woodcrest Christian didn't even let Aquinas onto the board and left with a 1-0 victory. This was payback for Woodcrest Christian, who suffered a 2-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

Ethan Smith, which was the first he's scored this season.
Woodcrest Christian's win bumped their record up to 5-8-1. As for Aquinas, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9-1 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Woodcrest Christian will take on Ontario Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ontario Christian is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Aquinas, they will look to defend their home pitch on Saturday against Linfield Christian at 5:00 p.m.
