While Papillion-LaVista's victory against Papillion-LaVista South wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Monarchs had just enough and edged out the Titans 1-0 on Thursday. Papillion-LaVista's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three games.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Jayda Richardson, who's now up to nine this season.

Papillion-LaVista pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those five contests. As for Papillion-LaVista South, they now have a losing record of 3-4.
