North Kingstown has gone a perfect 10-0 against Chariho recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Skippers will take on the Chargers at 6:00 p.m. Chariho took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on North Kingstown, who comes in off a win.

Last Tuesday, North Kingstown made easy work of East Greenwich and carried off a 3-0 win.

Meanwhile, Chariho came up short against East Greenwich on Wednesday and fell 3-1. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Chariho was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made East Greenwich work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 19-25, 25-21, 25-18.

North Kingstown will have to keep a close watch on Kaitlyn Smallridge and Alexis Korus, a pair of players who had a big impact on Chariho's prior game. Smallridge had seven aces and five digs, while Korus had eight kills and six digs. Smallridge is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last six games she's played. Lainey Marcille also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

North Kingstown's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Chariho, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.

Everything went North Kingstown's way against Chariho in their previous meeting back in September, as North Kingstown made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Skippers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
