Soccer Recap: Pampa Comes Up Short

The matchup between Pampa and Randall on Friday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Pampa Harvesters came up short against the Randall Raiders, falling 8-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Harvesters were already down 4-1.

This is the second loss in a row for Pampa and nudges their season record down to 1-10. As for Randall, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-5.

Looking ahead, Pampa will venture away from home to take on Dumas at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pampa is facing Dumas at the right time seeing as Dumas is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Randall, they will welcome Hereford at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Randall's favor as the team sits on five straight wins at home while Hereford has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
