Volleyball Recap: Jacobs Now 3-1 over Last Four Games

Jacobs's tournament run continued when they took on Round Lake on Saturday. The Golden Eagles walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Panthers.

Eimaan Sayyed was the offensive standout of the contest as she had eight digs and three assists. That's the most digs she has posted over her last 14 matchups. Gracyn Sanders also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

Jacobs has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-15 record this season. As for Round Lake, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-21.

Jacobs has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Woodstock on the 4th. As for Round Lake, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Belvidere on the 4th.
