Softball Recap: Bishop Brady Gets the Win

Bishop Brady won the last time they faced Bow and things went their way on Friday too. The Giants walked away with a 6-1 win over the Falcons.

Payton Bryson and Madison Mundy made a splash while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Bryson struck out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. Meanwhile, Mundy tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. At bat, Bryson went 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one double, while Mundy scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-2.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Abby Tyrrell, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Archambault, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
