North Kansas City lost against Rockhurst back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hornets came up short against the Hawklets, falling 3-0. The Hornets' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

North Kansas City took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-8, 25-12.

North Kansas City's record now sits at 3-6-1. As for Rockhurst, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-4.

Coming up, North Kansas City will welcome Central at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rockhurst, they will head out to take on Staley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
