The Ridgeline Riverhawks will face off against the Bear River Bears at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Ridgeline is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They blew past Timpanogos 12-2. Winning may never get old, but the Riverhawks sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Avery Lamont tossed a big game, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits (and only one walk). Those seven strikeouts gave her a new career-high.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Kylie Jorgensen, who went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one double. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Anne Wallace, who went 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.
Ridgeline was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .480. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .300 or higher in seven consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Bear River waltzed into their matchup on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Stallions a 9-0 shutout.
The result came thanks to Kate Wilson's shutout, as she gave up just two hits and racked up 15 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Luci Roche was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Bostyn Lish, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.
Ridgeline's victory bumped their record up to 19-13. As for Bear River, their win bumped their record up to 28-2.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Tuesday. Ridgeline hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 1 home runs per game. However, it's not like Bear River struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 1 home runs.
