Basketball Recap: Caddo Mills Takes a Loss

Caddo Mills was the 53-44 winner over Community when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Caddo Mills Foxes were dealt a 56-26 loss at the hands of the Community Braves on Tuesday. The match marked the Foxes' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Tarius Wilson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Community, dropping a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds. Those 12 boards gave Wilson a new career-high. Dakamyrn Bland was another key player, putting up nine points in addition to five rebounds and four blocks.

This is the second loss in a row for Caddo Mills and nudges their season record down to 10-23. As for Community, they pushed their record up to 20-11 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Caddo Mills has already played their next game, a 63-51 defeat against North Lamar on the 18th. As for Community, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 53-41 loss against Sulphur Springs on the 18th.
