Soccer Recap: Middlesex Triumphs

It's playoff time, and Middlesex had no trouble coming through when it counted. They never let the Lancaster Red Devils get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory on Thursday. Middlesex have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Lancaster, too.

Kai Evans and Conor Graulich scored both of Middlesex's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 21 goals.

Middlesex now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Lancaster, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-7.

Looking ahead, Middlesex will take on Rappahannock on Tuesday. Rappahannock will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Middlesex surely won't give up without a fight. Lancaster does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
