Baseball Recap: Campbell-Savona Takes a Loss

Campbell-Savona lost against Haverling back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers lost 17-5 to the Rams.

Campbell-Savona saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zac Corell, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. Another was Rece Jamison, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.

Campbell-Savona's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Haverling, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Campbell-Savona will challenge Alfred-Almond at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Panthers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Haverling, they will head out on the road to face off against Wellsville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
