Meanwhile, El Campo scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 20-1 margin over Royal. With that victory, El Campo brought their scoring average up to 6.5 runs per game.

Carlee Bubela made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Bubela was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-3 with two doubles and two RBI.

In other batting news, El Campo let Keona Wells and Mac'yia Warner loose on the outfield. Wells went 1-for-1 with a home run, an additional RBI, and an additional run, while Warner scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
