Basketball Recap: Trinity Academy Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Trinity Academy waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 55-44 victory over the Haven Wildcats. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 70th, while the Wildcats are ranked 224th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Haven lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Cole Brawner, who posted ten points. Brogan Wray was another key player, putting up nine points.

Trinity Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Haven, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Trinity Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 51-32 victory against Hillsboro on the 6th. As for Haven, they will be playing at home against Pratt at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
