Georgetown was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Pflugerville on Friday. The Eagles put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 17-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won 14 games by six runs or more so far this season.

With the victory, Georgetown broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 22-11. As for Pflugerville, they dropped their record down to 4-24 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

As of now, neither Georgetown nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
