Pulaski's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against the Ashwaubenon Jaguars by a score of 4-1. For the Red Raiders, this counts as revenge for the 5-2 victory the Jaguars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2025.

Braun Wotruba spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on four hits and racked up eight Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Pulaski saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eli Heuser, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI. Bryce Treml also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Pulaski is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Ashwaubenon, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Looking ahead, Pulaski will host Slinger at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Red Raiders 2.8, the Owls 3.4) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Ashwaubenon, they will take on Sheboygan North at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
