Soccer Recap: Goose Creek Comes Up Short

Goose Creek managed to keep up with Beaufort until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Gators came up short against the Eagles, falling 4-1.

Goose Creek dropped their record down to 2-15 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Beaufort, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Goose Creek will head out to face off against Socastee at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Beaufort, they will venture away from home to challenge Bishop England at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bishop England will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Beaufort surely won't give up without a fight.
