Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wakefield). They claimed a resounding 86-36 victory over the Mercer Tigers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Cardinals have posted since January 29, 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for Wakefield and bumps their season record up to 4-5. As for Mercer, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.
