Football Recap: Oak Grove Starts Season with Loss at Home

Oak Grove unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a hard 31-13 fall against the Gunderson Grizzlies on Wednesday.

The victory got Gunderson back to even at 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oak Grove will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Leigh at 6:30 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Gunderson, they will welcome Silver Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
