Softball Recap: Oak Hill Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Oak Hill's offense. They came up short against the Piketon Redstreaks on Tuesday, falling 11-0. The Oaks just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

Oak Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Piketon, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-2 record this season.

Oak Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Piketon, they will challenge Adena at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. The Redstreaks' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Warriors have averaged an impressive 9.6 runs per game this season.
