Volleyball Recap: Penn Cambria Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Penn Cambria dropped down to 14-9-1 on Monday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They fell just short of the Forest Hills Rangers by a score of 3-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rangers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Despite the defeat, Penn Cambria saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Madelyn Kittell had 35 assists and five digs. Kittell has been hot for a while, having posted 18 or more assists the last 11 times she's played.

As for Forest Hills, their victory bumped their record up to 22-5-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win they have posted since September 13th.

Morgan Gdula was nothing short of spectacular: she had 18 digs and four aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last six contests.
