Volleyball Recap: Carthage Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Carthage had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Lufkin Panthers on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-22, 25-22.

Coincidentally, Carthage and Lufkin will both be playing Livingston the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Panthers will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
