Heritage took care of business in their home opener on Friday. They came out on top against the Wakefield Wolverines by a score of 29-20. The victory continues a trend for the Huskies in their matchups with the Wolverines: they've now won seven in a row.

Heritage didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Derek Cooley led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself. Rucker got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
