Volleyball Game Preview: Rainier Columbians vs. Riverdale Mavericks + How To Watch

Rainier is 8-1 against Riverdale since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Wednesday, Rainier came up short against Neah-Kah-Nie and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Riverdale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to Warrenton.

Rainier's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Riverdale, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Rainier took their win against Riverdale in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Columbians have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Mavericks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
