Recap: Clarence Red Devils vs. Fredonia Hillbillies
The Clarence Red Devils waltzed into their contest Friday with two straight wins but they left with three. They walked away with a 64-54 victory over Fredonia. That's another feather in the cap for Clarence, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Despite the loss, Fredonia still got an impressive performance from Mike Hahn, who scored 23 points. Those 23 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Ashton Putney, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds.
Clarence's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Fredonia, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.
Clarence will be playing in front of their home fans against Frontier at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Frontier will be coming into the contest with an undefeated record on the line. Fredonia and Allegany-Limestone will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 4th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
