Basketball Recap: Velva Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Velva put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Garrison Troopers 66-45. This was payback for the Aggies, who suffered a 72-56 loss the last time these two teams met.

Velva's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Garrison, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Velva and St. John will round out the year against one another at at 4:30 p.m. on December 28th. As for Garrison, they will challenge Harvey at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.
