Softball Recap: West Carroll Comes Up Short

West Carroll was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Warren/Stockton Warhawks, falling 15-4. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warhawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-0 last Saturday.

West Carroll's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Warren/Stockton, their victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 7-4.

While West Carroll had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
