While losing is never fun, Carbon Hill can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 293rd, while Belgreen is ranked 129th).
Meanwhile, Phil Campbell was able to grind out a solid win over Winston County on Monday, taking the game 52-43.
Carbon Hill has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season. As for Phil Campbell, their win bumped their record up to an identical 5-6.
