Oldenburg Academy is 1-6 against Lawrenceburg since April of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Twisters will challenge the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

Oldenburg Academy proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by 18) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Greenwood Christian Academy, sneaking past 5-4. Winning may never get old, but the Twisters sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Clay Eckstein made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 6.1 innings while giving up four earned runs off five hits. Eckstein was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. That stolen base marked the first that he has snagged this season.

Eckstein wasn't the only one making solid contact as three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Stenger, who went 1-for-2 with three RBI and one double.
