Jackson faced Rock Bridge in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Fighting Indians were the clear victors by a 14-2 margin over the Bruins. Considering the Fighting Indians have won 11 matchups by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Jackson's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Rock Bridge, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-5.
