Football Game Preview: East Orange Campus Jaguars vs. Bloomfield Bengals

East Orange Campus is 9-1 against Bloomfield since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Jaguars will welcome the Bengals at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Bloomfield's offense is going to have their work cut out for them on Friday: East Orange Campus hadn't allowed a single point the last five times they've hit the field. The Jaguars simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat Orange 47-0. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Jaguars' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey football rankings (they are ranked 58th, while the Tornadoes are ranked 257th).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bloomfield). They blew past Lincoln, posting a 48-12 win. The victory was nothing new for the Bengals as they're now sitting on three straight.

Bloomfield's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for East Orange Campus, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Everything came up roses for East Orange Campus against Bloomfield in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 38-0 win. Will the Jaguars repeat their success, or do the Bengals have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
