Soccer Game Preview: Mullen vs. Kent Denver

The Mullen Mustangs will take on the Kent Denver Sun Devils at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.

After dropping their season opener at home, Kent Denver is headed out to face a Mullen squad ready to give their home crowd a win. Mullen fell just short of Colorado Academy by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Mullen couldn't quite close it out.

Meanwhile, on TuesdayLittleton kept up with Kent Denver until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. Kent Denver never let Littleton get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Sun Devils considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

Their offense was hitting Littleton from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal.
