Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Greece Athena). They were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Brockport Blue Devils on Thursday. The contest was close at halftime, but Greece Athena turned on the heat in the second half with two goals.

With the win, Greece Athena broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 5-8. As for Brockport, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 7-2 record.

Looking ahead, Greece Athena will head out to challenge Pittsford at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brockport, they will host Wilson Magnet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
