Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask New Bern). They blew past the South Central Falcons 8-1 on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for New Bern in their matchups with South Central: they've now won seven in a row.

New Bern's offense was hitting South Central from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Haley Sensenig led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

New Bern's win bumped their record up to 8-3-1. As for South Central, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-11.
