Jefferson won the last time they faced West Hall and things went their way on Thursday too. The Dragons came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 2-0. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since August 16, 2018, but that streak is no more.

Jefferson not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept West Hall to exactly 16 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-16.

Hannah Howard paced Jefferson's offense, picking up six kills. Howard got some help from Annabelle Pritchard and her eight assists. Brooklyn Bunch controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Jefferson's win bumped their record up to 24-8. As for West Hall, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-22 record this season.

Jefferson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against North Oconee on the 1st. As for West Hall, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Stephens County on the 30th.
