Soccer Recap: Hollywood Takes a Loss

Hollywood was the 4-1 winner over Bernstein when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hollywood Sheiks came up short against the Bernstein Dragons on Friday, falling 7-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Sheiks haven't been shut out since back in December of 2024.

Hollywood dropped their record down to 6-4 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Bernstein, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4-1 record this season.

Hollywood wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, an 8-0 victory against Contreras on the 22nd. As for Bernstein, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-3 draw against Mendez on the 22nd.
