Softball Recap: Grant Lancers vs. Sherman Oaks CES Knights

Grant had lost nine straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 0-14 to make it ten. They came up short against the Sherman Oaks CES Knights, falling 15-2. The Lancers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Knights from their previous meeting back in February of 2023.

As for Sherman Oaks CES, the win keeps they at an undefeated 17-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 19.3 runs this season.

For Sherman Oaks CES' part, Stella Brewer was a major factor while hitting and pitching.
